The Art of Movement

the human body can move like a symphony

Lkhagva-Ochir Erdene-Ochir is a world-renowned Mongolian contortionist and balancing artist, known for his groundbreaking performances and record-setting chair balancing acts.

Mongolia 2025

Our Mongolia Retreat 2025 was a once-in-a-lifetime experience — we trained hard in the heart of nature, sometimes with wild horses grazing nearby, and cooled off with swims in the river. We lived in traditional Mongolian yurts, shared meals, sang by the fire, and created unforgettable memories together. From horse races across the steppes to evenings of music and laughter, sauna sessions followed by river plunges, every moment brought us closer as a community and left us with stories to cherish forever.
